Terms of Service

Flobal is a permissible online game of skill under the Online Gaming (Regulation) Act 2025 (PROGA 2025). No real money is wagered or won on this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Flobal application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Flobal. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flobal Tech Pvt Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Flobal. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Flobal reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

3. Nature of the Platform — Skill-Based Prediction

Flobal is a skill-based prediction market app. Users make predictions on real-world events across categories including sports, finance, and entertainment. All activity on Flobal uses virtual Flo Coins with zero monetary value. Flobal does not involve real-money wagering and is not a gambling platform.

4. Flo Coins

Flo Coins are virtual tokens issued by Flobal with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Flo Coins may be used within the Flobal platform to participate in prediction contracts and to redeem partner vouchers (subject to availability). Flobal reserves the right to adjust Flo Coin balances, rates, and redemption options at any time. Flo Coins have no value outside the Flobal platform and will be forfeited upon account termination.

5. Prediction Contracts

Prediction contracts are settled based on publicly verifiable real-world outcomes. Flobal determines settlement outcomes at its sole discretion using reliable data sources. In the event of ambiguity, cancellation, or data unavailability, Flobal may void a contract and return Flo Coins to participants. Flobal's settlement decisions are final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform; create multiple accounts; manipulate prediction markets through coordinated activity; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform; use Flobal for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your identity or age. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Flo Coins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Flobal — including the app, design, graphics, prediction data, and Flo Coin system — is the property of Flobal Tech Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Flobal is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of prediction outcomes, or availability of partner vouchers. Predictions are for entertainment purposes. Nothing on Flobal constitutes financial, investment, or sports advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Flobal Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of Flo Coins in your account at the time of the claim, which has zero monetary value.

10. PROGA 2025 Compliance

Flobal operates as a permissible online game under the Online Gaming (Regulation) Act 2025. We are registered with the Online Gaming Regulatory Authority (OGRA). We maintain KYC records, enforce age verification, and comply with all reporting obligations under PROGA 2025. Flobal does not offer real-money gaming of any kind.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Flobal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
