1. Who We Are

Flobal is operated by Flobal Tech Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. We run a skill-based prediction market app that uses virtual Flo Coins with zero monetary value. Our registered address is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For privacy-related queries, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, and date of birth (for age verification). We also collect usage data such as predictions made, Flo Coins earned and spent, league rankings, device type, operating system, IP address, and app interaction logs. We do not collect financial information — Flobal does not process real-money transactions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Flobal platform; verify your age and identity as required under PROGA 2025; personalise your experience and league standings; send transactional notifications (prediction results, coin credits, league updates); respond to support requests; and comply with applicable Indian law including the Online Gaming (Regulation) Act 2025.

4. Flo Coins and Virtual Currency

Flo Coins are virtual in-app tokens with zero monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or withdrawn. Voucher rewards redeemed through Flo Coins are provided by third-party partners and are subject to their own terms. Flobal does not constitute a real-money gaming platform under any applicable law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that operate under confidentiality agreements, regulatory authorities when required by law, and successors in the event of a merger or acquisition.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 5 years thereafter as required by Indian law. Prediction and transaction logs are retained for 7 years in compliance with PROGA 2025 record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time; certain data may be retained to meet legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; erase your data (subject to legal retention obligations); withdraw consent for non-essential processing; and nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf. 8. Cookies and Tracking

The Flobal app uses analytics SDKs to understand usage patterns and improve the product. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. You can opt out of analytics collection in the app settings.

9. Children

Flobal is not available to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account and data immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Flobal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
